Everyone seems to be doing this right now so I guess I'll hop on the bandwagon!!! It could be fun --- 1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory and your first impression that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember--it can be funny, weird, awkward, random, etc.!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.
This could be fun! I know it's kinda old doing things like this after a while, BUT I look forward to your comments!!! This could be fun.

Two Thumbs Up!!
We went this weekend with about a million other people and saw The Dark Knight. It was really good. Justin and I were talking about how the earlier movies were more cartoonish as oposed to the newer ones. I think I like the newer ones better. I thought that Heath Ledger was really good, but was it Oscar worthy- I would not say so. But if you haven't seen it you must go.

My favorite toy
This is the keyboard. You select your font and then you type what you want it to say. It will even cut pictures. You can make cards, invitations or posters for projects.
Then you have your custom letters or shapes. I made this for my bulletin board that I will be putting up in a few weeks.
If you are a scrapbooker you probably know what this wonderfully magical machine is; it is a Cricut (Not the bug). A gift to people who like to scrapbook. It's funny because I don't like to scrapbook. So you ask "why then do you own this amazing thing?" Because I am a teacher and I use it for my classroom all the time. It is so Fantastic. I use it to make letters for my bulletin boards and it gets utilized a lot. I have used it so much in the last week I can't believe it isn't burned out. It is so great because if I didn't have it I would have to buy expensive cut out letters and sit and punch them out and make sure I don't tear the letter and then if you do you can't use it because those packets only come with 2 of each letter and of course you are already using the other one. Plus they cost a lot. This is a gift for teachers and scrapbookers. All you have to do is buy paper. That's it. You can buy whatever pattern of paper you want and you can make custom letters. The Cricut also comes in a bigger size. I have the baby one, but Justin's mom has the Big one and it is cool. There are lots of programs you buy for it. You plug in the cartridge and start cutting away. (no I am not a sales person for the Cricut). I got this gem earlier this year for my birthday and it was probably the best present ever from my husband.

Happy 4th!!
I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July. We went to the movies and saw Get Smart, so funny. We had steak and watermelon and ice cream with strawberries. Unfortunatly there were no fireworks on our side of town. We had a dust and wind storm.:(

What the Heck!
When I went to Prescott last weekend my dogs went to stay with my parents. My dad was so great, he took Pippin to get a much needed hair cut. I don't know what it takes to be qualified to be a dog groomer, but whatever it takes the person who cut Pippin needs to get back into a classroom. He looks horrible. You can't tell too well from these pictures, but he does not have a Westie hair cut. His face looks good, but the rest of his body looks horrible. Westies are not supposed to be shaved around the neck. Oh well, he needed a hair cut, I will just know better than to take him back to Pets Mart. This is the third time they have cut him and he has come out looking like some other dog.
